Thank you for shopping with EGNAR. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.

 

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item(s) meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Tags and labels are intact
  • The item is not listed as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
  • Underwear or innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged by misuse, washing errors, or alterations

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was incorrect or defective
  • The return is due to a verified issue caused by EGNAR

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank
